REHEARSAL TERM FEES (ADULT CLASSES)
The rehearsal term runs for 5 weeks from 15 July to 16 August. Private Check-In Sessions run from 15-21 July. Class Group Rehearsal sessions run in weeks 1, 2, and 4 of the Term, with Dress Rehearsals in Week 3, and the Penultimate Dance Staging Rehearsal at the end of Term 2. Term Fees include the following:
- 3 x 30min Rehearsal Sessions for each dance you are performing.
- 3 x 10 min Rehearsal Sessions for Soloists.
- All Penultimate Dance (Hayati Inta) Rehearsals - come to as many as you would like.
- Staging & Dress Rehearsals.
- 1 x 20min private session (or 40min 'group' session).
- Technical Rehearsal at the Theatre.

2 class dances: $80
3 class dances: $110
4 class dances: $140
5 class dances: $170
6 or more class dances: $190
Raks Banat & Raks Nura Classes run as usual for the Term, with regular term fees applied.
PERFORMING & PREPARATION
Performers must:
PRACTICE: Students will be provided with music and choreography notes in order to assist with practicing. It is recommended that you bring these notes to classes so that you can annotate changes where necessary to assist you in remembering steps, transitions and combinations. If you need some help outside of class, you can book a private lesson.
ATTEND REHEARSALS. This is an essential part of the pre-performance process. It is important for all members of a group piece to be in attendance so that spacing can be clear and to ensure that any changes are learned by the entire group.
SHOW UP ON TIME. This is especially important for dress rehearsals. During Term 3 rehearsals, please turn up with time to warm up so you can be ready to dance. If a minor emergency will make you late, please send a text message to Sam (0403 020796). Your lateness can cause heightened nervousness in your fellow dancers - especially on Show Day, and may cause you to feel rushed and unprepared.
